I can’t believe it’s been two years since we shot our music video for “This Is The New Year” at my friend’s party in Brooklyn, NY. This year we want to recreate it…but with ALL OF YOU GUYS IN IT! Here’s how it works.

You will need:
1. a white wall
2. a camera
3. a light

Tips:
Make this the most fun you’ve ever had in 3 minutes 13 seconds, standing at arms-length from the camera. The most important thing is that you be you.

Rules:
You will have 30 days to submit your video starting on November 1st. After uploading your video to YouTube, you must submit your video as a “video response” to THIS VIDEO so that we can review them! Just put your cursor in the comment box, click on where it says “create a video response” to the right of the box, and follow the on-screen instructions. On December 1st, we will pick our favorite moments and edit them together to make one, epic video with all you guys (and us) in it. AND our absolute favorite submission will get something special :)

Remember that we don’t need a holiday to make the changes in our lives that will make us happy. We have RIGHT NOW. Every moment is brand new and boundless. So let go and embrace it! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!!!!
